Apollo Fuel Processing Trial

RADSAFERS:

The jury is in its fifth day of deliberation in the Apollo, PA Fuel Processing Facility trial. The trial is a test case for a large number of alleged radiation-related injuries (basically cancers) caused from plant emissions.

I would appreciate any information on the outcome of the jury decision as soon as it becomes available. Thanks in advance.
