Coincidences abound.  I am looking for the exect same thing.  The only
information I have beyond what you found is in the RadSafe archive
there is a message from 1993 that says:

These files are now available in the anon FTP area here on romulus.

VS2MATH.EXE  Varskin 2 Code Package (Math Coprocessor)
VS2EMUL.EXE  Varskin 2 Code Package (No Math Coprocessor)

But I couldn't find this area being refered to.  So if someone has a place
to find this I would also appreciate the information.
