Please, folks, when you post a message regarding a position opening, AT
LEAST mention the city and state in which the position is located and
minimum requirements of education and/or experience.  It will save vast
amounts of time and trouble.  People seeking jobs don't want to waste time
and resources sending application materials for jobs for which they are not
qualified and jobs that are located in areas where they don't want to live.
I'm sure the employers would rather not sort through a bunch of BA/BS
applicants for PhD-level positions, either.

Postings such as the one above are basically equivalent to the newspaper
ads that just say "Great job available!  Send resume to this address!"
What they tell me is that the employer is too lazy and/or too cheap to
write a decent ad and that he/she has no respect for the time and effort
serious applicants put into their job searches.  I'm not asking for
much...just tell me where you are and what you're seeking.
