UNSCEAR's 1996 report may be a good place to start. It is devoted to the
effects of ionizing radiation on creatures other than man and Figure VII
gives ranges of lethal dose for different types of animals (e.g. molluscs,
bacteria, etc.). References are plentiful and may lead you further.
