Inhalation pathway question

Hello Radsafers,

I'm asking this question for a colleague - 

When performing an inhalation pathway calculation, is it correct
to reduce the mass loading factor by 30% to account for the
portion that is respirable (Paustenbach 1989) or do the DCF's in
Federal Guidance No. 11 already take that reduction into
account?
