Seeking RF hazards expert

A radiologist colleague of mine has gotten embroiled in a debate over
cell-phone transmitting towers and their hazards, and would like some expert
help.  To be precise, he is seeking a qualified professional to study and
comment on reports that have been prepared about erecting such a tower on a
school ground.  The fee is negotiable.

Can anybody in this newsgroup please recommend such a person, or point me to
where I can go for such information?

I do not need information on the hazards themselves, but rather on
individuals who can spend time and effort to contribute their expertise to a
particular problem.
