Bi-212 generators

One of our researchers has asked me for information about obtaining Bi-212.
 He has heard that generators are available from which he can elute Bi-212
for research.  Looking at the Chart of the Nuclides, I'd guess that the
starting point would be Th-228, Ra-228, or Th-232.  Does anyone out there
is RADSAFE-land know:

If these fabled generators exist
Who makes them
A source of information about them
The starting nuclide
Anything else of importance

The researcher and I would greatly appreciate your help.
