Shield for Brachytherapy Patient

We may be performing an esophageal implant on a patient who either has or
is developing cataracts. The patient's ophthalmologist recommended that
she wear leaded glasses or some other type of shielding so as to minimize
the radiation exposure to her eyes. Does anyone know of such shields? If
leaded glasses were used, they would have to be much more substantial than
the ones used by x-ray operators. Thanks for your help.
