Cascade Chapter HPS Meeting 2/5/98
Hi all... guess this goes out to the folks in Western Washington and
Oregon mostly but anyone is welcome,
The Winter CCHPS Meeting will be held at the Doubletree Hotel in Kelso,
Washington on February 5, 1999.
The meeting agenda:
10:15 Executive Meeting
10:30 Business Meeting
11:00 Dr. Milan Gadd, Internal Dosimetry: Rocky Flats Environmental
Research and Technology Site "Aspects of Internal Dosimetry at Rocky"
12:00 Lunch
1:00 Kathy Fox-Williams, Washington State, Department of Health, "Status
of the Hanford Individual Dose Assessment Project"
1:50 Gene Carbaugh, Ph.D., Internal Dosimetry, Pacific Northwest National
Laboratory "Aspects of Internal Dosimetry at Hanford"
3:00 Adjourn
Future CCHPS Meetings
April 28, 1999 at McMenamins Edgefield Ballroom in Troutdale, Oregon.
The featured speaker will be the National HPS President Elect, Raymond H.
Johnson, Jr., Ph.D., CHP, PE. The title of his talk will be,
"Positioning the Society for Success in the 21st Century". Student
presentations are also scheduled for this date. Any student wishing to
present, should contact the chapter president elect: Steve Reese,
reeses@ccmail.orst.edu, Oregon State University.
For more information on the Winter CCHPS meeting or membership in the
CCHPS, contact Bruce Busby, CCHPS Secretary (see below). Note: Winter
meeting has a choice of Lemon Herb Chicken or Pacific Shrimp Caesar Salad
for lunch.
CCHPS Members should expect the Newsletter and registration form shortly
in the mail.
