     If you are Chinese it does.  You're considered to be 1 y.o. at birth 
     in China.  Most of the rest of the world consider it to start in the 
     year 2000.  Readers - please correct me if I'm wrong.  Thanks.

Not to be a stickler, but doesn't the millennium actually begin with the
start of the year 2001, hence, there are actually more like 720 or so days
left?

Point of clarification:  While this statement might apply to a launch
vehicle/missile, it has no bearing on whether or not the
weapon/warhead is armed, which still requires separate and distinct
actions by two individuals, not a computer.

Question: aren't most modern reactors designed with a negative
temperature feedback (i.e., positive delta T depresses k)?
