International Dosimetry Accreditation/Certification?

Radsafers helped me with my last request, that being for regulatory 
contacts in Russia, regarding dosimetry accreditations. I am 
hopeful that Radsafers can once again assist me in my current 
search. I am interested in regulatory contacts, or if there is an 
accreditation/certification agency, in Italy and Germany. I am 
attempting to determine the accreditation requirements if any, 
obtain copies of their regulations, etc. A contact name, address, e-
mail address and phone number would be greatly appreciated. I am 
planning on being in Europe in March, and would like to meet with 
these agencies if at all possible.
