Re: HP Journals
I would like to obtain the HP journals for the medical library at
Brooke Army Medical Center (San Antonio, Texas). Brooke's Health
Physics Office has responsibility for a region stretching from Texas
to the Canadian border, and from Arizona to Louisiana, supporting
about a dozen military HPs and numerous safety officials. The
journals would be a great source of information for all those folks,
and myself as an HP/medical physicist for Brooke's radiology
department.
Thanks in advance.

Otto, the NRC finally dumped the Walnut Creek office so I've been retired
since October 1st, and I hate it! I thought I was sick of the NRC, but
that was before I got assigned to kitchen duty here at home.
Our project right now is our upcoming move to Galt (yes, Galt), hence the
plea for help. We're right in the middle of packing and I have decided to
get rid of all of my HP journals (~1969 to now). Do you know of a library
or student that could use them? I hate to see them go, but I'll probably
never look at them, and I need the space for toy trains!
After we move, I may work for the State as a retired annuitant. I was at
UCLA for 21 years so I'm eligible.
Thanks for any suggestions,
Jack
