There is a fairly detailed comparison (95 pages)between DandD and RESRAD
(and RESRAD Build) now available at
http://techconf.llnl.gov/radcri/java.html Look for Model Comparison
under Dose Assessment. Among other things it compares the pathway
assumptions and the default parameters. It also compares the results for
several sets of nuclides: Cs-137, H-3, C-14, Ra-226, C0-60 and Th-232
run under a variety of conditions. Its well worth a look.
