STCHPS "Winter" Meeting
If you've been looking for a great excuse to visit beautiful San
Antonio this year, here's your chance:
Please join us at the "Winter" Meeting of the South Texas Chapter of
the Health Physics Society, Saturday, February 13, 1999, being held
at the Four Points Hotel Riverwalk - San Antonio, 110 Lexington Ave.
The Vendor Exhibit Area opens 9:00, with coffee and tea being served.
The schedule of our Winter Meeting is filled with presentations from
our Affiliate Members. They will provide 15-minute briefings on the
prevailing trends, products, breakthroughs, services and state-of-
the-art instrumentation available to radiation safety professionals.
The meeting will also feature the official Chapter visit by Raymond
(Ray) H. Johnson, HPS President-Elect who will provide the keynote
presentation at the Chapter luncheon.
!!Up to 5.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) can be awarded which
are applicable to maintaining LMP and MRT certifications.
!!Fun and valuable door prizes donated by the Affiliate Members will
be given away by drawing at the end of the day (beginning at 4:30).
Pre-registrations must be received by Friday, February 5, 1999. Mail
your pre-registrations to:
