Apologize for failure to retain the source, but nuclear and
environmental advocates can draw some comfort from this....

News item within last couple days indicated that the new German
government has agreed to delay implementation of decision to shut down
all nuclear power plants and nuclear fuel reprocessing operations. The
change arose from objections by France and one other European
government.
