RE: Uranium blamed for Gulf War Syndrome (BBC)
This would be next to impossible unless the levels of DU in the urine were
so high that they could be discriminated from the natural uranium in the
urine with a high level of confidence. One confounding factor is that some
facilities find a level of U-238 that is 2 or more times the level of U-234.
As occurs often with these kind of issues, no cause->effect logic is being
used. They are saying that since they were exposed to high levels of DU and
they are sick, the sickness must be from the DU.

Has anyone measured internal deposition of uranium in persons with
the Gulf War Syndrome purportedly caused by depleted uranium?
