I can tell you who wasn't involved. It wasn't Adco Services, Inc. or
it's sister company Adcom Express, Inc. It did happen in Chicago on the
Kennedy Expressway at the Ohio St. exit on Tues. 2/2 right during
evening rush hour, of course. (Murphy's Law).
