10CFR72.106 does not have the LDE criteria.  It only includes the 5 rem
whole body and organ dose at or beyond nearest site boundary from any
design basis accident.

     10CFR72.106, "Controlled area of an ISFSI or MRS," has as one of the
     criteria: "The lens dose equivalent shall not exceed 0.15 Sv...."

     Is there a method that the NRC has accepted for calculating the dose
     to the eye from a cloud of mixed beta and gamma emmitters?

     I checked the RADSAFE records and found some good information, but
     would like to find out if the NRC has determined that a particular set
     of assumptions and methodologies is more acceptable than others.
