Re: Radiological vs. Radiation



Simpler is better, I often say,
But that tree will break that refuses to sway.
It's better to please the source of your pay
Than to always insist on getting your way.
Pick your battles, and fight another day.

On the other hand, I'd be trying to get it changed
too.  I wouldn't kick up too much of a stink, but
I would also expect that my superiors would
respect the judgement of the individual they
apparently think is best for the job, particularly
when the issue is what to call the job.  Maybe
if you can tell them that "the vast majority of
radsafers" agree with you...  Why are they so
reluctant to change?
