radioactivity in drinking water
Hi all,
I participate in a European Union project on removal of natural
radionuclides and one of my tasks is to study the different existing
legislation on natural radioactivity in drinking water - limits, special
precautions and on the management of waste produced by the purification of
water from radionuclides.
I ask especially the European RADSAFERs, what the situation in their
country is or whether you could tell me the name of somebody I could
contact for that purpose. Of course information obtainable by the internet
is welcome. I also wonder, how the respective countries intend to implement
the part of the new EU drinking water directive 98/83/EG concerning
radionuclides. I would be grateful if you could help me with that.
