RE: Disintigrating hose
INPO OE 9735 (10MAR99) describes an event at ANO Unit 2 where a plastic
vacuum hose disintigrated leaving the hose reinforcement intact. Hose was
manufactured by Tri-Nuclear Co. who stated that the PVC will begin
breakdown following accumulated exposure of 10E+06 rads. Contact listed at
