History Question of sorts

A phrase we have heard time and time again as we issue tld or film badges is:
"We don't need no stinkin' badges!"

Were does this come from? I believe it comes from "treasure of the Sierra
Madres" and/or "blazing saddles" a colleague thinks it is from a James Bond
movie where someone was actually trying to get our man James to wear a rad
badge and he says "We don't need no stinkin' badges."

AND if you say this where did YOU get it from?

I know this is a little on the lighter side, but if anyone has any idea that
would be great.

me for them."
