Re: neutron dose rate from Ra-Be



ICRU Report 10b (NBS Handbook 85), "Physical Aspects of Irradiation," Table 
IIB4, "Characteristics of neutron sources important for standardization," 
gives a value of approximately 1.5 E7 neutrons/sec/Ci.  You could then apply 
the flux to dose factors from 10CFR20 to determine the dose at a given 
distance.
