Atomic clocks - cheep!
The person who inquired about atomic clocks might want to look into using
DoD's Global Positioning System instead. Receivers are available which
primarily use
the time signal directly, instead of attempting to derive a position from
multiple signals.
If interested, try calling some GPS manufacturers such as Garmin, Magellan,
etc. & search the Web for similar applications.
