Re: MicroShield Exposure Estimates
|TAB|I don't use Microshield myself, but a recent
license amendment which I submitted for HDR brachytherapy included
my hand calculations for the surrounding areas using the data from
the Rad Health Handbook. Interestingly, the NRC license reviewer
called me saying her results using Microshield were significantly
higher (~20%). I provided her with more detail and have not heard
back yet.
