Continuous Air Monitor Source Checks

This query is directed to all Radsafers who have continuous air monitors
(CAMs) measuring airborne effluents:

	1. At what frequency do you source check your CAMs, e.g., daily,
weekly, etc.?

	2.  What is your acceptable range for the source check, e.g., +/-10%
of an average established at the time of calibration, +/- 3 sigma,
etc.?
