PNL has a risk analysis listserver. I don't know if they have a website but
you can subscribe via email.

To join, send the following email message to LISTSERV@LISTSERV@PNL.GOV;

subscribe riskanal First_Name_Last_Name


It is essentially the same methods as joining RADSAFE.
