I recommend that you pick up a copy of the American Nuclear Society's publication entitled, "Design Guides for Radioactive Material Handling Facilities and Equipment," published in 1988.

We have two hot cells and the question has arisen as to the adequacy of
ventilation for these hot cell. I am specifically looking for guidance
(with references) dealing with pressure differential recommendations and
air changeout rates.? Any other guidance would be greatly appreciated.
