Radsafers,

Those individuals that are still interested in Russian Nuclear Subs, or any 
Russian releases of radioactivity, or any Russian industrial contaminants 
releases, obtain a copy of a Woods Hole, MA report of a conference a few 
years ago that was about radioactive contamination of the Artic Ocean.  
Probably around "93-'94.  A very enlightning conference.  In my 30+ years as 
an HP member this conference was rated in the top 5.
