Conn. judge blocks Northeast's Millstone 2 restart

HARTFORD, Conn., April 27 (Reuters) - A Hartford Superior Court 
judge on Tuesday gave a preliminary victory to an environmental 
group in its fight with Northeast Utilities (NU - news) over the restart 
of the 880-megawatt Millstone 2 nuclear power plant.  

Judge Robert Hale issued a temporary restraining order ``until the 
trial is at least over, which will be a couple more weeks,'' Bill 
Smith, president of the environmental group Fish Unlimited, told 
Reuters.
