Licensing Questions for Australia

Radsafers,

I have a few questions about the licensing of radioactive material in
Sydney, NSW.  Can anyone help?

1)	Who would be required to have a radioactive material license?  The
hospital?  The physician?  Both?
2)	Are physicians licensed for the practice of oncology without
specific activity limits?
3)	For example, would a hospital be licensed for an Ir-192 oncology
unit?  Would the physician be licensed to use the unit?

Any other information about the licensing would be greatly appreciated.
