Dave,

The answer is no...  Even TLD is not used routinely to report 
occupational dose from Xe-133. Power reactors generally do dose 
calcs based on sampling, and assign a dose from that. The photon 
of 81 keV only has a 37% response. The beta max of .347 Mev will 
most likely not be detected by the film dosimeter.

I say rely on dose calcs for these exposures.
