RE: 10 CFR 100 help for a Canadian

X/Q ("X" is the Greek letter "Chi") is the ratio of the ambient air
concentration (X) of a substance (usually an air pollutant) to the amount
emitted or rate of emission (Q). It is essentially a dilution factor. It
may be calculated using the Gaussian air dispersion equation which is
available in any air pollution textbook, and which I can send you by email
but can't put in here because it contains too many Greek letters.

By the way, RADSAFERs, I was wrong about one grammar peeve -- it is
"minuscule"

Clearly only my own opinion

Will anyone tell me:

1) what EAB means?
2) what is the limit for the 2 h thyroid dose?
3) what x/Q means?

I am doing an assignment and need this information.

Thanks!
