I just received a June edition of 'Engineers Australia' with the cover
story:
"Australia deemed to have suitable sites for permanent nuclear waste
disposal"
"The establishment of a disposal site for nuclear waste in Australia is the
subject of an elaborate and detailed proposal. The proponents suggest that
the economic benefits to Australia could amount to about 1% of the country's
gross national product every year. This article presents an outline of the
technical aspects of the proposal."
