Dear Bernie,
This is an excellent paper. Do not change anything! The main
message, which many people do not see, is that we cannot look
at such problems in a vacuum. As a society, we have to look at
them in the context of all other pressing problems, and you have
done a great job on that. I hope to see you in Philadelphia.
