Re: oxygenation
Look at "Radiobiology" by J.I. Fabrikant, 1972, Year Book Medical Publishers. Figure 11-6 plots Radiosensitivity vs Oxygen tension (O2/L or mm Hg) and gives the mathimatical best fit to the data.

Thanks to everyone responding to my query. Based on information in Hall, it
looks as though cells in a completely anoxic environment are about one third
as susceptible to the effects of radiation than are cells in a 100% oxygen
atmosphere and about half as sensitive as cells in a 21% oxygen atmosphere.
Some other references were mentioned that I'll be trying to track down in
order to find more precise numbers for the intermediate values.
