WA DOH knows Norm Buske very well. His activism is how he has made his
living for years. After wearing out his popularity (read as credibility)
with the Washington press in Western Washington through '95-96, he left to
pursue new notoriety at Rocky Flats. I would guess after working that neck
of the woods for the usual 2-2 1/2 years, and being unable to get any
further copy in the press, it was time to move on new and sensational
allegations.
