Re: Definition of Clothing Contamination

While in the utility business, modesty garments were classified as 
contaminated personal clothing. That only makes sense, in that the 
outer PCs are worn to prevent such contamination. Modesty garments 
are no different than wearing pants, etc. To define otherwise is 
simply playing semantic games, in order to minimize the indicator 
count.
