If being taken out the contamination area, modesty garments are no different
than a worker's jeans and T-shirt.  Basically, workers should not be performing
whole body frisks while wearing radiological protective clothing (its generally
removed prior to exiting the contamination area).
I believe this is the general standard for the commercial nuclear industry.  The
DOE also follows this standard.  Approved interpretation guidance for DOE manual
232.1-1A requires reporting of contamination events on company-supplied
coveralls, modesty clothing, etc. that are not specifically designated for
radiological use and subsequently removed at the exit of the radiological area.
