RADSAFE QUESTION == Re: Kd values for DandD Code



A few years ago, we developed an ASTM standard method for Kd (Rd) values --
that was through ASTM Committee D-18.  For more information, I would suggest
you contact Jeff Serne at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) by
private mail.  He can probably also direct you to other known workers in the
field (e.g., at Los Alamos National Laboratory).
