...the MOX issue is certainly a very politicised issue, as is evident from
this announcement by a politician in the House of Commons:

Ms. Alexa McDonough (Halifax, NDP): Mr. Speaker, that is right. It strongly
recommended against because weapons grade plutonium is highly retroactive.
