Another example of where regulatory, or administrative limits are
associated with "what is safe." Another example of where regulatory
over-reaction and publication of facilities that exceed these upper
limits is given so much attention. It is no wonder that the
population then correlates these "exceedances" with also exceeding
"safe" dose.
