Art, You're absolutely correct. The media takes incidents, 
regardless of whether or not the incident is directly associated to 
being nuclear related, and uses the terminology for an emotional 
and sensational response from their readership. They would 
probably get the same rise stating that there was a "gaseous 
release" in the ....... nuclear power station bathroom!
