Seed Implant Stepper Stabilizers...is some "flex" desirable?

Does anyone have any experience they can relate to a question regarding the Seed Implant Procedure? Q: If the patient moves while the needles are implanted in the prostate gland, is it good to have slight flex in a table mounted stabilizer so the needles tend to move or bow with the patient? I have been in two cases in the past few weeks where the patient lifted his pelvis during the procedure at different hospitals. Is this common? Can anyone relate any negative experiences where a patient has lifted his pelvis while needles were already in position using a fixed, rigid device (floor mount or table mount), and then came back down into position? Just wondering if the stabilizer really needs to be "rock solid" rigid or not... Thank you! Gary
