Do you mean that student received one scholarship or one person can receive 
more than once the scholarship for the same course/section? If it is the 
case, why would somebody need to take the same course twice. Is this 
course/section is required to be passed like a college requirement course in 
some meaning?  Do you have subsections in the "section"?
 
I noticed, that in the list that you provided in your message, it looks like 
one person has received the scholarship and attended the course twice.
Is this course/section sort of progressive multi year scholarship program?
It was my understanding that  "power reactor section" is a week or 1.5 weeks 
one time course prior to the HPS annual meetings.

Please correct me, if I something misunderstood.
