With the number of physicians out there just biting at the opportunity to testify about the incompetence of another physician why do we need anyone else looking to see if physicians are being responsible???????
If you put an M.D. behind Charles Mansons name all of a sudden he becomes a person who could never do or have done wrong!!!!!
