You can use almost any flow through ion chamber (eg tritum sniffer) for this
purpose by simply filtering the air before it enters the chamber. Assuming
then all the gaseous radioactivity is Rn-222, you can then calculate the
concentration-current curve. Not very difficult (also not very sensitive).
Most proper flow through ion chambers will have a prefilter to eliominate
not only dust borne radioactivity, but also such potential interferences as
cigarette smoke.
