RE: REMP Shoreline Sediment Sampling
Does anyone have a FERMAC manual/procedure for such sampling that Mr.
Lashley could consider?

This post is for power reactor individuals who have a working knowledge
of
Radiological Environmental Monitoring Programs (REMP). I have two
questions
concerning the collection of shoreline sediment samples.
1) Where do you take a shoreline sample. Slightly in the water, where
the
water and land meet, or slightly onto the shore?
2) What type of equipment do you use to take the sample (shovel,
dredge,
etc...)?
