Safety Support Position

NASA-Goddard Space Flight Center currently has a full time safety support position available in Greenbelt, MD.  Major duties include review of facility/project specific designs and drawings, concentrating on safety requirements, NFPA standards, and applicable building construction codes. This includes assuring resolution of identified safety and health hazards.  Other duties include maintaining a database record of reviewed drawings, assisting with building safety inspections and providing support to the OSHA/VPP effort at NASA-GSFC.
