Why is it that when a topic is of no interest to an individual, they 
believe that it's inane and is of no interest to and should not be 
discussed by anyone else any further? The topic is very pertinent, as 
are the many other topics on Radsafe. This issue has a very impact on 
the way we practice HP in this country.

If you don't like the thread, simply hit the delete key.
